learning.»
To achieve the school finance system that will provide all students with the
resources they need to succeed, and that our schools and communities desire, Connecticut must implement a system that uses a formula to fund all students fairly; allocates funding based on student
learning needs;
distributes education dollars in a way that is consistent, predictable, efficient, and transparent; and meets the needs of communities and the state's budget.
Distributed learning remains a positive offering within the BC public school system when fully supported by adequate staffing, funding and
resources within provincial guidelines.

Funding, staffing and other
resources for equity - based excellence that are manifested in the existence of equitably assigned qualified staff, appropriate facilities, other environmental
learning spaces, instructional hardware and software, instructional materials and equipment, and all other instructional supports, are
distributed in an equitable and fair manner such that the notion that all diverse learners must achieve high academic standards and other school outcomes become possible.
