i am reducing weight in all part of the body but i am not reducing fat in outer thigh, inner thigh and hip areas.please suggest me to
do anything new workout that would show results in weeks or 2 - 3 months.
I know a group of discus and hammer throwers who are so obsessed about setting
new personal records every
workout that they sometimes resort to inventing
new drills on the spot, just so that
anything they
do with that drill will be a
new PR.
