Hi, I'm actually
doing a research thesis for my undergrad studies
at ucsd and my topic pertains to vegan food

I am what I guess you'd call a newbie blogger and even though I can be impatient with some of the aspects of this

blogging... Tuna cutlets are definitely my favorite anytime, mainly due to the ease of making it, as well as the delicious taste anytime of the day.
Well, I was busy moving in and unpacking, then working and
blogging and I didn't go in the back yard
at all, until a couple of months later.
I'll be spending my extra day off
doing blogging and health coaching work instead, running some errands, cleaning, going for a hike
at our nearby favorite park, and taking my Batpuppy to the vet (just for an annual thing)...
I have so many recipe photos stored up in my computer, ready for editing and
blogging... finding dedicated time to
do so is somewhat tricky
at times!

On another note, I recently
did an interview with my lovely friend Sarah over
at lamb411.com all about my love for baking and

I'll be spending my extra day off

at our nearby favorite park, and taking my Batpuppy to the vet (just for an annual thing)... Backing it up to the beginning of the weekend, I kicked off my post-work Friday with a trip to the Del Mar dog beach on another 90 degree day: I love it
at the dog beach, it's so beautiful and such a happy place!
Things are still crazy
at work and in my life, and I'm not sure when any of that will change — but I'm still earnestly trying to make time for
blogging and I definitely don't have any plans of stopping.
I
do a bit of
blogging at the health club where I work just a bit in Mt. Vernon and put recipes on the site.
Thankfully, we don't have to consider it long, because first pitch is
at 8:08 p.m. ET, and we'll be live
blogging it all.
