I've attended a few postnatal classes, and about half is adult yoga if babies are cooperative, and then
you do baby yoga, which to me is like a repertoire of activities and movements I can do with my little guy when I am not sure what to do next.
Hopefully I can get
him doing baby yoga with me soon.

A good way to start alleviating this pain while losing the
baby weight is to
do yoga.

done everything physical there was to
do: acupuncture, hiking, staircases, Spinning
Babies, herbs, teas, Zumba,
