I had a small piece of shop - bought cheesecake at a friend's house the other day, and it tastes saccharine sweet, so my taste buds are changing I made these brownies but I didn't realise it was powder, as the recipe just states «raw
cacao», so I bought
nibs but milled them using the milling blade in my nutribullet.
Also,
do you think it would taste good to add pecans,
cacao nibs, and goji berries in at the end once the smoothie is made?
I used brown rice flour, and instead of agave syrup I used honey, and instead of raw
cacao I used
cacao nibs and ground then up, I used Parnoosh dates as opposed to Medjool because those are what we have available and I don't know if that would make a difference.
They really
do hit the spot, I also add
cacao nibs that give them an extra crunch.
However, I ground up the
cacao nibs i had into a powder,
do you think it would be better to keep these whole?

What I like to
do is fill a small bowl with raspberries, sprinkle them with
cacao nibs and add a touch of chocolate sauce.

do not have to use and yes, you could use chocolate chips instead.
Many of them can no longer tolerate gluten and I'd posted a pic of my variation of the Keto recipe... with shredded coconut because I didn't have
cacao nibs... they are really great!

do more of a summer / fruity spin by swapping the chocolate lava cake protein for vanilla and adding strawberries, dried fruit,
cacao nibs, etc..
