Compared to learning to play tennis at 41 years old (as I
did) or learning new
cardio dance moves, indoor rowing is very easy to pick up.
Other days, I go to a
dance studio and
do 2 to 3 hours of advanced jazz - modern, which hits all three of my goalsâ $»
cardio, strengthening, and toning.
I think
dance cardio with grapevines etc would work and you would get results, but I don't think anything would work as well as walking.
I'll save
cardio for
dancing around the house like a goon while I
do chores / cook.
Digestion also slows down by about 50 % while you're sleeping, so that late night nibble won't be properly digested, and is more likely to be stored instead of burned because you're not active in sleep (
dancing in your dreams doesn't count as

cardio circuit) Monday, step aerobics with a 6 - 12 inch step (high intensity
cardio) then immediately after I
do pump (full body strength training I uses 15 - 20 pounds of weights) on tuesday, RPM or a
dance class (like Zumba) on Wednesday, step and pump on Thursday, RPM on Friday, pump on Saturday and RPM Again on Sunday... Sometimes I will take Sunday or Wednesday off.
Every other day I
do weights,
cardio dance, crunches, squats ect... So I need suggestions for a plan and healthy meals cuz I'm always busy w my 2kids.
