do deep belly breathing, or I'll do a body scan until I fall back asleep.

7) Square Breathing: Have clients
do deep, slow, calm breathing and at the same time imagine following (with attention) their breath by making a square going right from the top of the lungs, down the right side, going left across the lower
belly, and moving up the left side of the lung.

doing this with your eyes closed can help relax yourself.

My nieghbours koooli has a severely swollen back leg, so tight I thought the skin would burst, its been like this for 4 days now but
does nt seem to be causing any pain, she's walking okay and can just squat to pee, eating and drinking normally, but now there is really
deep purple bruising starting to come out under her leg /
belly area, the swelling has gone down very slightly on the outside of her leg but the inside is still very fat, no heat in the leg either.Will this resolve itself he's relunctant to take her to the vet because it
