Be sure to use good form, don't
swing the
dumbbells and don't use momentum to curl the weight.

swings mixed with bodyweight exercises as the perfect full body warmup at the beginning of my workouts.

swings and snatches — is going to require stricter form and more muscle activation than you could get away with using a
dumbbell.
Look at What is Causing the Problem — In your workouts are you
doing to much kettlebell
swings, pinch grip work, keg lifting or
dumbbell work.
I
did some of the workout examples you specified like the one arm snatches,
dumbbell swings, staggered lunges and all the ab exercises (from level 3).
Please tell me how
swinging that kettlebell or
doing that TRX Clock Press somehow makes you better able to handle picking up a grocery bag unlike my goofy, unbalancing,
dumbbell curls?
Since I have them around, I tried
doing the KB
swing with a 20 lb ankle weight wrapped around an 8 lb
dumbbell, for about 12 kg of weight.
