My advice would be to do the best you can and
do the free stuff that helps like sleep more, get sunlight and sub out cheap frozen veggies for most sugar, flour and processed food.
i've been
doing free stuff for years on nakedpastor, giving people free cartoons and writing and creating a space for debate, etc... but this other little project i've initiated does require a membership fee.

do have milk in them n if it doesn't say organic milk your not getting that your getting real milk, then go on internet n read, read, read all your labels n read whats best for you cause everybody is not the same, I hope that helps n feel

I prefer the texture of regular pasta to brown rice pasta or other gluten
free pasta and I find that the gluten -
free stuff does not reheat as well as regular pasta.
I
did manage to convert a favorite pumpkin cookie recipe to a coconut flour recipe, to create my gluten -
free / paleo pumpkin chip cookie recipe, and it took many, many tries to get it right (not to mention help from my oldest daughter, who, growing up baking with coconut flour, is a whiz at this
stuff!).
I then had testing
done through Enterolab and it came back positive (as
did the genetic test), but regardless the difference in my health (mentally and physically) being gluten
free was more than enough for me to swear off the
stuff for good.

Gluten
free baking can be tricky, especially if you want to eat whole foods and not to use any flour mixes that might contain
stuff you don't know what they are.
For the best flavor, I highly recommend using a decent quality Feta cheese, don't use the fat -
free stuff, it's awful!

When I went gluten
free 4 years ago I bought lots of
stuff that I didn't know what it was used for.

did NOT halve the filling or the topping, you will use all the filling in the rolls and you'll have leftover topping but that

Stuffed Peppers Adapted from Epicurious Vegetable - oil cooking spray 1 1/4 cups fat -
free chicken or vegetable broth 2/3 cup couscous 4 extra-large or 5 large bell peppers, mixed colors (or 6 smallish bell peppers) 2 tsp olive oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 6 oz zucchini, quartered lengthwise then sliced across thinly 6 oz yellow squash, quartered lengthwise then sliced across thinly 1/2 tsp fennel seeds (I left this out because I don't like nor have fennel seed... to each her own) 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half 15 oz canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed 4 oz crumbled feta cheese (about 1 cup) 3 tablespoons tomato paste (I only used 2 because 3 seemed like a lot for a strong flavor like tomato paste) Preheat oven to 350 °F.
My husband love this and he normally doesn't eat gluten
free stuff.
