She and I share a love for high quality nutrient dense food, and I've been wanting her to
do a guest post for a while.

It's safe to say I have written well over 1,500 blog
posts, columns, Quora answers,
guest blogs, eBooks, and more (and that's not counting the high volume ghostwriting I now
do for other prominent voices).
This column, Future Fridays, features
guest blog
posts from WBENC's America's Top Corporations
for Women's Business Enterprises as they share insights on the future of
doing business with them and their industry.
I tend to think that
guest posting will remain valuable
for the long term when
done with very high quality blogs.
What I'm taking home from all of this is, if you plan on
guest blogging, be sure to only
do it on a site that is owned by someone you know very well; and on a site that
does not engage in any form of spammy
posting; and one that
does not accept money
for guest posts; and one that only contains no - follow linking.
