I wrestle and

Kickboxing: For a calorie - burning workout, Scott Hunt from Fitness Enhancement says, «Start with six two - minute rounds with low kicks and light punches with a minute or two off in between rounds and build up to six five - minute rounds with higher and harder kicks and punches.
If you're not even sure how to
do that, join a class or two at your gym that focus on boxing,
kickboxing or some form of MMA.

We used to

kickboxing and it's awful in the good way.
This is a good workout if you miss your
kickboxing classes like mad but no longer have the knees to
do them.

kickboxing 3 - 4 days a week and a body weight strength routine 2 - 3 days.

kickboxing tues upper body free weights, Thursday lower body with weights it's a program called the max 45 min workouts I used to go to personal trainer for years followed meal plans max also has meal plans was in fabulous shape for years but in the past 2 1/2 yrs or so still strict eating all clean organic foods only no package process garbage and no luck the weight I gained for no reason won't budge I
do bio identicle hormones for years and am extremely frustrated!
