does not
necessarily help you solve a particular problem if you don't have a lot of experience, it might help to know that you will get better at
legal research the more you
do it.
In retrospect, I realize that I in fact don't
necessarily address this challenge head on in my book, aside from citing some of the suggestions on how to analyze the facts and the law made by Maureen Fitzgerald in her
Legal Problem Solving — Reasoning,
Research & Writing (now in a 2010 5th ed from LexisNexis Canada).
