Hi Garry, I saw in the ChestSculpting Blueprint that you could
do normal pushups instead of bench press.
Do a normal pushup, but with your feet elevated on a stable platform like a box or bench.
A couple of days ago I begun
doing normal pushups again, I did 40 today and I will reach around 80 easily.
