I
did finish every last percentage point of the story and I have to say I enjoyed the
random side quests and hunting more then the central story missions.
Completing story missions and
side missions for resistance members is the most efficient way to
do so, but you can also viably achieve your goal by performing smaller tasks that you might stumble across during your journeys through the county: rescuing civilians in
random encounters, finding and destroying cult structures or supply vehicles, and liberating occupied compounds, seized as cult outposts.
