You
do get what you pay for, as the stronger your machine is the easier it will be to use and you'll be able to make smoother hummus, better pesto, proper
nut butters and great
raw treats.
I didn't have arrowroot flour, so I used almond flour, and I couldn't find any dates for some reason, so I used
raw honey, and I don't like
nuts in brownies, so I didn't use pecans, and I didn't have any hazelnut
butter and didn't want to buy any because it's expensive, so I didn't frost them, but these are fantastic even with the substitutions and without the frosting, wow.
If you don't have a blender you could use some shop - bought hazelnut
butter in place of the
nuts and simply mix it together with the
raw chocolate ingredients before folding into the cream.

Well, you eat lots of things that don't require much preparation: Fruit with a handful of
nuts,
raw veggies with hummus, peanut
butter sandwiches, and simple smoothies.
But keeping
raw packets of an organic
nut butter in the fridge is definitely something I can
do!
A lot of the minerals will also be absorbed especially in mechanically processed
nut butters where the cell walls are more broken down than in ground or chewed
raw nuts... phytate
does not grab hold of all of the minerals but will of course compete for a share with the digestive enzymes.

raw butters do exceed temperatures needed to maintain a nutritionally integral,
raw product.
