do a whole body
work out you need to take the day off afterwards to recover, you can avoid this by splitting your
work out up so on one day you could
work your chest and triceps, next day
legs and shoulders, the following day back and triceps then the next day back to chest and triceps or however you prefer to split it up,
as long
as you
do n`t
work the same muscles the next day.

leg press, hyperextensions, crunches of all forms, zercher squats (so long
as you don't grab your hands),
leg raises (including side for the glute min / med), some cable awkward cable
work could be
done so long

If you only
work out your core but forget about your arms and

work appropriate — these are firmly in the evening / weekend category.
I
did not want to wear
leggings to
work as I am a professional.

do not take long blouses that reach your back
as they'll only lengthen the upper part of your body and will
