Slowly, I came around to the idea
at home, and now, whenever I have a craving but don't feel like being weighed down by the inevitably large portion of mashed potatoes I will consume, I make
something similar with other, more nutritious and lighter roots.
So I
did the next best thing — I started looking in the grocery store for
something similar to what I was making
at home.
Our daycare
does something similar & we were totally lax about any «training»
at home (the potty was there & we would ask if Older wanted to try.
The great thing about resistance training is that it doesn't have to be especially complicated or prohibitively effortful — it's entirely possible to get (and maintain) substantial results with a mere 60 minutes of work per week, maybe even significantly less than that with a well planned
at -
home routine or
something similar.
I
do something similar to proofread my work but I
do it
at home on my laptop in Word.
I
