The Boy

I'm making them for the big game
next week and piping laces down the center, like I
do with my favorite brownie recipe.
French toast out of the slow cooker... whoa I am so super impressed; yes it
does look absolutely amazing and now I will have to give it a try —
with our necessary adaption — for
next week Saturday when we have to get up super early.
I made Neil photocopy the recipes for the first few
weeks of August's French Fridays
with Dorie so we could make them in Alsace (where we are right now) and Burgundy (where we will be
next week) but didn't read though this one completely before I started it.
I will also be posting some «semi-homemade» whoopie pie recipes within the
next week, for those of you who have a bunch of cake mix in the pantry and not too sure what to
do with all of it.
[For the record, I
do plan on bringing the non-perishables
with us, so it's not imperative I eat 6 cans of Amy's chili in the
next week.

with - a-vegan-option summer grain dish that we can not get enough of and then, well, eat all the whole vegetables and grains you can now, because should all go as planned, the summer cake to end all summer cakes should finish out the

This
week, I got lucky, as a bunch of recipes were just on the forefront of my mind, so I knew what kind of meat to buy, and I'm guessing we'll
do better
with produce
next week, as we know what to expect (lots of greens) and can meal plan a bit better.
Loved the salmon tacos I tried at a farmer's market in Colorado a couple
weeks ago, so that's what I
did with the leftovers the
next day.
I love to mix veggies in
with cheese in various rolled up ways for my kids (burritos, quesadillas, rollups); I've never
done bbq sauce, though, this will be on our menu
next week!
Next week I will add interval cardio a few times a
week as well to see how I
do with that.
Anyway, I
did one of those superstitious things in my mind where you go «okay, so if I make it to the middle of
next week with no pains, I'm good to go for the rest of training.»
We've been sweating through a major heat wave here in Philadelphia, and
with 97 - degree temps set for well into
next week, it doesn't look like the ice cream weather is stopping anytime soon.
For the last few months I've actually struggled to get hold of this pasta (they
do other bean pasta types in their range too), however I recently went to a vegan food show in London and spoke to the supplier who said they'd had some issues
with the EU allergy labelling regulations, but all was now sorted now it should be back in UK stores within the

weeks... Yeah!!

I'll actually be on vacation from work for the
