used so far.

essential oil that you bought from other sources unless you have thoroughly researched that it is safe to ingest (many
oils contain fillers, toxins and artificial aromas).
Our family has really gotten into
using essential oils this pasty year (like herbs but 1 drop of EOs is way more potent) and they have
done wonders for us, so I know what you mean about combining good nutrition with plant support.

used raw cacao butter, which is also lovely, but it overpowers any
essential oils and doesn't allow for a fragrance.
I wanted to test it out before giving some away for Christmas gifts, so I didn't
use any

use expeller pressed coconut oil next time (which doesn't have an odor).

use essential oils if you have a history of miscarriage, have had vaginal bleeding during this pregnancy, have epilepsy, heart problems, diabetes, blood clotting, or thyroid, liver, or kidney disease.

For scented laundry, you can add a few drops of

Here's how you can
use everything from mantras and

I also didn't
use any
essential oils in this recipe as I have concerns about ingesting them even as an adult and never
use them on babies.
But just because she's been around
essential oils for a long time doesn't mean she
uses them without caution.
I typically
use either Plant Therapy
essential oils or Eden's Garden
essential oils (and just didn't have matching bottles in these).
Also, unlike citrus juice, citrus
essential oils don't have an acidic pH. From what I've seen, there shouldn't be any concern when it comes to
using diluted citrus
essential oils on granite.
I hope that this post doesn't discourage anyone from
using essential oils, but rather encourages proper research and safety first.
Though
essential oils do have a dark side if
used incorrectly, they have been safely
used by many people to:
