Now this
does NOT mean that I'm saying you have to entirely eliminate
wheat and dairy for the rest of your life, but what I am saying is that this is an important test to
do for about 2 weeks to gauge if you see some dramatic changes in your body fat percentage, how you look
and feel overall, your energy levels,
and other health
and digestive issues.
The best way to
do this is to eliminate them both for 2 full weeks,
and then reintroduce one at a time so that you can determine if one of them or both
wheat and dairy are causing negative health effects for you.
Back from the tangent... I think this elimination of
wheat and (pasteurized, homogenized)
dairy is one of the most important tests anyone can easily
do to see if
wheat and dairy are negatively affecting them.
If you
do the 2 - week elimination of
wheat and dairy and don't feel that it helped you at all or made you feel better, then you can probably
do ok on small to moderate amounts of each.
Being a very bad scientist, I changed all sorts of variables at once (no

and Dairy (for, you guessed it, food allergen).

doing well to remove

I find this so confusing, so many products I've never heard of
and where
do you look for them, can you outline steps from day one on through the 8 weeks, must be the candida fuzz brain but I don't know where to start apart from cutting out all sugar, I'm sugar free anyway don't like sweet foods,

and dairy free, I eat organic eggs
and meat, so what
do you advise?

does not matter how one's pain is caused, some foods increase inflammation like meat, corn,
wheat, nuts,
and dairy.
Since i started
doing the low carb diet, this is mainly what i ate Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, high - fat
dairy, fats, healthy oils
and maybe even some tubers
and non-gluten grains
and i stopping eating Sugar, HFCS,
wheat, seed oils, trans fats, «diet»
and low - fat products
and highly processed foods.
Then, I listened to what my body doesn't like to process (e.g. cow
dairy, modern processed glutinous
wheat flours, sugar),
and voila, less or NO brain fog.
It doesn't contain any common food allergens like chicken, beef,
