Rocketship has probably
done more than any other single place to create the market for «hybrid schools.»
In California,
Rocketship Public Schools are propelling first - generation Latino students to top state scores by combining classroom teaching with individualized tutors and technology — and save money
doing it.
In San Francisco, KGO
did a profile of
Rocketship Los Sueños Academy, and in Sacramento, News10 visited Stockton Collegiate Academy.
Contra Costa County is getting something it
does not want — a
Rocketship school.
I
do believe that online learning has incredible potential, but
Rocketship is using it for too long every day which breeds a lack of investment and boredom in our student's experience in the learning lab.

Rocketship does — such as teacher bonuses and using technology to change pedagogy — would either be extremely difficult or impossible to implement within traditional schools.

do so for the 2015 - 16 school year.
Perhaps in line with its interest in academic growth,
Rocketship claims to be dedicated to keeping students in class; their 2015 - 2016 Year in Review report has an entire subheading entitled, literally, «Keeping Kids in Class,» and the good news is that
Rocketship largely seem to be
