done the bone broth for a 3day period and I eat gluten free foods.
Start by
doing the bone broth (24h) by searing the bones first in oil and then add the rest of the ingredient and slowly simmer for 24 hours up to 72 hours
I just read Deep Nutrition over the weekend and I'm so excited I decided to
do a Bone Broth Challenge over at my blog.
I think
doing a bone broth fast, for example, can be beneficial for kick starting a candida or SIBO cleanse, especially in tough cases, but I don't recommend that for longer than 7 days and it should be followed up with this or a similar protocol.

I used home made beef
bone broth, since I didn't have chicken
broth, and added a generous amount of bacon grease, because, well, I add that to everything.

You can't claim that this recipe is gut healing (and better than
bone broth for
doing so) unless you say why.
Beware of bouillon cubes and canned stocks that are usually flavored with harmful MSG's and don't contain the health benefits of homemade
bone broths.
While
doing research for this recipe I even saw some «vegan
bone broth» out there that's essentially regular vegetable stock with miso paste and seaweed.
I usually just make my own
bone broth, but every once in a while when I buy
broth, I just buy it at Costco and it's gluten free and doesn't have any added ingredients, so I don't think it's too hard to find gluten free
broth, but I could be wrong?

We recommend our
Bone Broth protein which dosn't spike insulin the way whey protein
does and all of our flavors have 0 - 1 grams of sugar per serving and 0 - 3 grams of total carbs per serving.
In case you didn't know, stock, as opposed to
broth, is made with
bones, and the collagen from those
bones gives stock its thick and gelatinous texture, which
broths tend to lack.

Bone Broth Protein (Chocolate Flavor) by Ancient Nutrition, have you tried it yet and if so,
did it add more chocolate flavor?

Strain
broth using a colander to remove
bones (rather than fine mesh sieve so you don't lose the garlic, ginger and onion that is delicious to keep in the
broth).
What I love most about
bone broths is how sustainable they are, as it truly uses the whole animal and true to form, I
do love a bit of nose to tail eating (I am half - Chinese and half - French after all probably the two culinary traditions with the greatest penchant for truly eating the whole animal).
Don't worry about the ice diluting the
broth; it's so intensely flavored (you
did roast the
bones and simmer them for a heck of a long time, right?)
I personally don't think of this as a replacement for, but rather a complement to,
bone broth.

bone broth to help heal and seal your gut!

do enjoy gelatin occasionally and try to make
bone broth when I have the
bones, but honestly, this looks like a yummier option!

I don't have a set recipe, but here's how I made today's version: # INGREDIENTS (serves 4): 2 small russet potatoes, cut into 1 - inch cubes 2 large carrots, cut into coins, 1 large shallot, thinly sliced 5 garlic cloves, minced 3 dried shiitake mushrooms, rinsed 1 small Napa cabbage, sliced 2 handfuls leftover cooked protein (I had cooked pork shoulder) 5 cups
bone broth Red Boat fish sauce, to taste Diamond Crystal kosher salt Scallions, thinly sliced (optional) # METHOD: Dump the everything except the salt and scallions into the metal insert of your Instant Pot.
