whey, lactose and casein.
It has been demonstrated that 90 percent of children who have an allergy to cow's milk
do not show allergy symptoms when using
goat whey.
Perhaps the biggest — and most important advantage — that
goat whey protein has over
whey from cow's milk has to
do with digestion.
I didn't figure this would be any different since they both just have grassfed
goat whey as the only ingredient... but this one doesn't mix well at all.
