You could take up
meditation, take a long
walk outside or
do anything else that calms you down.
Like you said all I can
do is
walking, a little joga and
meditation.
You don't need to sit in lotus position, you don't need a fancy
meditation cushion, you don't need to chant or close your eyes — heck, you can even
walk with your dog — and the experience and relaxation can be profound.

do breathing practices,

do yoga, the possibilities are endless - but having a regular, dedicated practice that you actively make time for daily is more important than fitting your workout in.
