I even thought top clubs were in for him. Some three or 2 seasons back many here were debating why he should be our main striker. As soon as you mention any other strikers name people would come out with stats and many things defending him.Even Wenger has defended him blindly in the past.People say Wenger's stubborn yeah. But don't we know that there's a reason why everything happens?Honestly speaking he's the reason why Arsene Wenger has failed to sign a top notch striker because he still believes in him.The funny thing is we signed Welbeck at that time who to me
did nothing before to be the main man here.People keep saying Welbeck is hardworking and that he
works his socks off.But the question is was that our reason for signing him.Welbeck being signed to challenge Giroud tells me a lot about Giroud's quality.Even Walcott (no offence to him) who has zero CF
qualities was even chosen over him for a string of games and all in all I think he
did well but has too many defeciencies for that role. We've compromised as a club and it'll come back to bite us.
It's a team which is massively short on
quality so it will be all down to
work rate and hoping some of their players don't show up... Iwobi out is
good Ramsey in brings in a bit more energy but no ability to dominate middle of park which is where we we will struggle... Chambers xhaka bellerin and mustafi will need to play out of their skins which has hardly been the case all season and kos will need to show leadership skills but if wilshere ozil and aubemayang click there could at least be a forward threat... An honest assessment 3 1» to them
In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could
do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played
better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average players who couldn't make any of the top 7 teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top
quality and no
good team can afford to have that many average players on their bench playing the same position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive
work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure of this club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
Words like «magic», «belief», «spirit», «bad luck» and so on, are what Wenger and his deepest supporters keep repeating, but in reality the league is not won by magicians, but by the people with the

quality and hard

do have the
quality.
lst season at stamford bridge, was the first time i saw that 4 -1-4-1 formation being used, and for some weird reason i feel a very strange negative vibe and
well all know the outcome.the manager has come back with this formation and its not yielding result, but he still sticks with it.i
do nt know much about formations dear friends, but if you are playing a slow dm in arteta and a very very slow cb, then you are toast against
quality teams with sound tactics.wen playing wellbeck as a lone striker, i think 4 -2-3-1, will
work better, but if we have a big player like oliver (boooos), thn we can try the 4 -1-4-1, thingy cos he can hold the ball for our midfielders to run in.but on the overall, shame on wenger for not giving our defence a
good cover DM.NO BODY PLAYS A SLOW DM / CB AND EXPECT TO B REGARDED AS CHAMPIONSHIP MATERIAL.IT HURTS GUYS, REALLY HURTS.

quality players, train them

Sanchez just keeps losing the ball, I mean he loses the ball too often and he tries to
do too much with the ball instead of making a decent pass, when it
works out it is
quality but when it doesn't it just disgusts me, I am not taking anything from his performance today, but he is our
best player on the pitch, its high time he started acting like it... and Rosicky for MOTM
And when you look back at the last decade, none of those youngsters have progressed in the way that they were hyped up to and yes I'm talking about the likes of Ramsey, Walcott, Jack Wheelchair and the Ox who all had a one season wonder of some sort, during one point in their Arsenal careers, thus far and We can't keep using this excuse for not buying ready made
quality, which would instantly improve our chances of winning a major trophy or two, but No, Wenger wants to stick with a theory which clearly isn't
working for us on the pitch, but he doesn't really care, as long as it
works out
well for saving the penny's and the pounds, in the place where it matters most for Arsenal fc, in the bank.
it would have been a massive boost to our title chances and massive lift for fans and players alike higuian number 9 shirt being held up would have put us
well up there, i believe he would have
done the business for us we have to much attacking
quality behind him not for it to
work.
Here is the scenario you all know: — By Jan our injury list will look shorter and shorter — By Jan Arsenal starts to perform
better — «We believe we have the
quality and we are already strong enough and we don't need to sign new players» Wenger — Next press conference «We are
working 24 hrs a day to find
quality players and if we find one we will
do it» Wenger, and he will never find any — kim kallstrom type at best — Ooooops, bad luck, bad luck, injuries hit again... — Don't worry AKB we will finish no lower than 4th.
do it» Wenger, and he will never find any — kim kallstrom type at
best — Ooooops, bad luck, bad luck, injuries hit again... — Don't worry AKB we will finish no lower than 4th...
Just because he is
better than alternatives right now but welbeck might
work if he comes back stronger... And ozil behind them... Wenger's refusal to invest in a
quality attacking option in summer will come back to haunt us but for sure iwobi will have to put out on loan at Xmas to a championship team as he doesn't have the basics down yet
The spine of the team
work rate strength and size as
well as
quality that allowed the skilful players to
do their thing I'm convinced we are not too far from similar Sanchez and Ozil are
quality so Mr Wenger please buy
quality CB and DM
Mkhi is a very
good player and hard
working but in # 10 / CAM position he doesn't have the
quality and magic Ozil has.
I am pissed today hearing about Olivier Giroud three year contract and salary he is earning. That is unfair because Giroud
does not deserve it.He has not
worked to show that he deserves it.We should look at the
quality snd output of our players before paying them.Well its too late now so we should look forward. We
do nt need stats to even tell us that Girouf is usually average for arsenal than
good at most times.I would have sold him if i was Wenger because he
does not deserve to be leading the line still after 3 years and i doubt he will like to warm the bench. He is very lucky to have Wenger as a coach of arsenal london fc.Arsenal has not moved forward because we think getting rid of players is a bad thing. We always hesitate when it comes to selling players we
do nt need.Arsenal need a world class cf not a world class cf.Its is time to move forward by addressing our mistakes.Since Van persie left we have needed a cf and ifBenzema is available we need to get rid of who we
do nt need so that we move forward.Arsenal
do not need Giroud though many may be against my speech.Once the premier league starts and Giroud is our main cf it shows that Wenger has not learnt from his mistakes.Just as we got Cech who to me was a need he needs to just find as a reliable and clinical cf.
All that being said it was probably still the
best result as is shows how much
work still needs to be
done, yes we need at least 2 more
quality players we all know this but the players themselves have to step it up a gear, I just hope wenger doesn't take too much longer to get the last couple ot players in or we might not have much left to choose from
What I want Jack Wilshere to
do is to train harder and push himself to deliver consistent
quality performances.I want him ti stop livingon potential because he still has the ability to play fod the
best teams in tbe world. He needs to
work harder, train harder and motivate himself more. This is why I want Wenger gone because I want a different manager with a new mentality for some of our players.A lot of our players would really improve and many here will be shocksd under a new manager.
Bring in Ospina for Cech; Gabriel for Koscielny (Kos is 31 and its time we start testing Gabriel and Holding beside Mustafi to see what our long term first choice defensive partnership will look like); Gibbs for Monreal (Wenger needs to start rotating these 2 more frequently as we need to ascertain if Gibbs can adequately produce the
quality to hold that position from next season for a few years as I'm thinking this might be Nacho's last or penultimate season with Arsenal, it will also give a hint as to the type of Left - back to target in the summer — first teamer or backup and age as
well); I'll like to see an Elneny — Xhaka partnership in this fixture as we might just never know, this might be our replica of the Kos Mustafa partnership in the centre of the park, Two disciplined (positionally, i mean) central midfielders who can play box to box; Chamberlain for Iwobi, and Perez for Alexis should
do the
work.
Giroud is a
good substitute
quality that's it nothing more.I don't want to blame him for everything as tactically we were wrong. As far as wenger playing ozil every week it's just Wenger trying to prove that he had bought the right player when we clearly see now Madrid mugged us off.And we
do need a striker and a dmf, ppl think coquelin is
good but we need a
better dmf who would make him
work even harder to retain his position.
Well im not in a wonderland he has his failings as we all
do and great teams find a way to win
good teams sit where we are 6 -5-4 but thats besides the point and it would be nice if your aunty had bolocks cause then we d be second but ive watched the games were an offensive team most the time although were terrible in the pissing rain but for the most part the game plans have
worked weve created chances
quality scoring chances one after the other problem is for me the finishing unless we sit back with 9 man behind the ball or ten when you push forward you will give up a goal if you lousy forwards fail to finish the set ups have been there this year but our strikers have failed to kill the games if we create
quality chances and grab leads in the first 60 minutes like we have for the most part and in those games those games should of been killed even if we give a goal or two alongside the strategy but we failed to hit multiple should be goals we tried laca we'll see abou auba although hes a bit lazy so far but we'll see but we've lacked that
quality in front goal a player the chances have been there im looking at the failure of the strikers and maybe that is his fault but monreal has scored as many goals recently as our strikers and thats sad our defenders or a midfielder will score and our stikers cant tally one in th first 60 mins of a game alongside them then were tired for last 40 give them hope there still only down one and we rue our missed chances while they push thats where iv been frustrated with this season not the tactics but the finishing
It «s much easier to talk «up «than talk «down «and it «s much easier to playing with high
quality as I found in my junior days: playing with the club side was hard
work and I
did n`t enjoy it, once into representative level it brought out the
best I me.
No, he needs to get shipped out 35mln pounds is too
good to turn down and i hope Wenger has some replacement lined up already — for Chambers, Ozil and Sanchez will be very stupid to let 3 of them leave for free — get Mahrez and Lemar and CB van Dijk we will be awesome — and Arsenal as a whole need to change i would prefer how Bercel; ona and Madrid setup
work too much power at Arsenal for one person to decide everything — that why Spanish teams have been exchange trophies European Cup because of
good quality recruitment whether the coach like or not you
do nt need a Masters in Economics to be
good manager — Zidane has shown that!!
here is the simple truth a team that has walcott giroud campbell merteshaker flamini and ramsey starting wont win trophies... not one is a top class player in their position... having two on the park on regular basis is not a problem and three can probably still ensure 4th place... if we want to go beyond that we need to bring in two top class players in to the midfield and attack (thats in addition to the
quality returnees we
do have) and to increase the
work rate particulalry when we
do nt have the ball by a
good ammount... that was true 3 years ago 3 months ago and 3 days ago... wenger had the nerve recently to say not signing an outfielder in the summer had been vindicated... the man has been drinking his own kool aid
When they don't manage to
do it they're all disappointed but the
best way to achieve it is to
work hard and show the
quality of performance people expect from you.»
Song, arguably our most improved player is on 4 yellow cards and we should ensure that he doesn't miss the Chelsea game. The partnership of Gallas and Vermaelen is outstanding, yet one can not expect them to play in every game, and it is in that are we are weak in cover. With regards to the full back situation, perm any two from four, that is Clichy, Gibbs, Eboue, Sagna and even Traore they are attacking wing backs and are always at risk on the quick counter attack by the opposition.Almunia still doesn't impress me and his command of his area is still indecisive and he is still vulnerable to letting goals in, especially to his near post.Wenger being Wenger, I doubt he will buy in January, and it is a pity we didn't go for Given months before he joined City, when he was available for a comparatively cheap price. This new diamond shape or 4 -1-4-1 is
working well and we have an abundance of
quality to interchange, which bemuses the opposition more often than not.We have every chance this year, and we are also being helped by the fact that the other so called big four sides are showing their vulnerability.A couple of decent signings, not squad players in January, and hopefully we are in the mix.
