I don't know if I see law firms being the ones driving the idea of
doing less law.
I have long believed that the real path to client value lies in
doing less law, not just practicing more efficiently.
So Jeff Carr and the notion of both next law and what he calls
do less law.
That's the conclusion of one group of attendees at an ILTACON session titled «
Do Less Law: A Contrarian View of the Future» (#ILTA124).

do less law?
This session builds on a growing concept that the maturation of law practice is as much about doing less as it is about doing more with less, a concept that Ron coined in a November 2011 article «To Reduce Legal Spend,
Do Less Law» and that he has since expanded on his blog and #DoLessLaw tweets.

Do Less Law is a lot of lawyers and this is true for in ‑ house lawyers, as well as law firm lawyers learned in law school and grew up professionally with this idea of «leave no stone unturned,» sometimes leave no mote of dust unturned.

Two thirds of Canadians

Therefore, to break God's
law is to
do evil, to a
lesser or greater extent, and because you will return to and enjoy breaking God's
law, humanity is evil.
But the
law made 18 years ago didn't account for the advancement of technology and reach of YouTube — rendering it much
less powerful.
Not only
does it not matter in the least to federal
law — it meatters even
less to those who don't want or need it to say anything.
One
does not have to abhor homosexuality in order to understand that the recent change in
law has opened a wide door that will leave the school system, and children in general, vulnerable to further legal changes that will always go towards greater licentiousness, and
less protection for the vulnerable.

do you respect people that * believe * you don't deserve equality under the
law like everyone else, because they think you are

law is widely (and somewhat misleadingly) considered a Christian doctrine, Christians often find it no
