I loved making
oat pancakes when I could
do oats.
I
do like banana
pancakes, but I normally make them with
oat or buckwheat flour.
But, don't worry, I added a whole shredded zucchini to these
oat pancakes, so the vegetable automatically cancels out any unhealthiness that may be found in these..
From my notes, I initially made them with
oat flour but added almond milk which
does work but creates a really dense
pancake (I don't mind this but not everyone's favorite!).
One for a really simple
oat flour
pancake (it didn't take me longer than preparing a regular bowl of oatmeal!)
I am making these gluten - free pumpkin
oat pancakes as soon as soon as I'm
done with said detox / home from NYC / have a working right thumb.
You definitely don't want to add too much liquid, or the cookies will spread out on your cookie sheet like thin
oat pancakes instead of thick, chewy cookies!
Couple questions, though:
do you reckon the
pancakes will fall apart if I use only
oat flour?
