I just started
doing outfit photos and weather is definitely a factor.
Doing my outfit photos has become a bit of a fun tradition for us.
Share more than one look when
doing outfit photos: I know this one requires more work, but occasionally I'll share more than one outfit in a post and mention that there's multiple looks on my blog via Instagram.
Part of
doing outfit photos sometimes is just finding the perfect location, freezing my bum off and rushing to get the perfect shot so I can get back indoors.

As I hate

It's so nice that My Kind of Lovely doesn't open until 11:00 but since I like to fit in a little blog work in the mornings I like to
do some outfit photos before work and while I still look decent.

I do outfit photos for the blog it sparks interest from a certain small person, who tries to muscle in on the action.
I am lucky to go to college in a city that doesn't have the worst winter season, but I am originally from Maine, and when I go home at Christmas every year it's SO hard to

I totally admire you for sharing how you feel about your body, and that not every
outfit looks as good in
photos as it
does in real life, and perception about breast sizes — I mean, NO ONE understands that a cup size is not a fixed size and that it gets bigger or smaller based on the band size.
I actually
did wear them last June and we got
outfit photos, but the lighting was so terrible that I never posted them.
Looking through the
photos, it turns out the scarf doesn't go that well with the rest of the
outfit.
Sometimes I will shoot an
outfit and realize it looks completely different in
photos than real life (confirmed by people who saw me in real life) and don't blog it because it's not the most flattering or something is off.

My highlight was clearly tracking down some of the best street art in LA (thanks to Studio DIY's «Wall Crawl» post) to take
outfit photos in front of it (I mean come on, who doesn't think that's fun:p) haha!
I
did manage to put together some presentable
outfits though and a few of the
photos turned out cute (thanks to our miracle - worker of a photographer).
(Which I was; we just wanted to experiment with taking
photos in this location, so I grabbed a few things and threw them on) I would never wear this
outfit in real life; the twill trousers are far too casual to be wearing with this hat and blouse, and the hat doesn't go with anything.

Outfit «♥ I actually didn't go for the LBD (crazy, I know) so instead I opted for a black floral top and an easy to mix + match black scuba skirt!Nothing makes editing
photos quite as enjoyable as finding funny shots like this one haha That's the joy of shooting with friends:p Let me break down my look — this top is a combination of Faux Leather + a Floral Print... such a fun combo!
I love sharing my day - to - day
outfit details with followers on Instagram, especially when I am traveling and don't have enough time to upload and post
photos to the blog right away.
Some
outfit posts don't
do very well even though I'm really chuffed with the result... like this post about my seventies dress... I love this
outfit so much and the
photos turned out to be ab fab.
I
do agree with you though that I've worn an
outfit and felt really good in it only to find out later, it looked terrible in
photos and
did it really look like that IRL?
