Having
done food photography
for a year now, I have a huge cache of food
photos that I have never used on Instagram or my
blog and never will.

Ben won't like it if I don't get some not - so - healthy food into my
blog, so I searched back over my archives (yes, I have «archives» even though I've only been writing this
blog for 3 days)

This is not the best
photo in the world but I
do not always like to spoil special moments by trying to get the best shot or save occasion cakes
for blog photos.
Instead, I am frantically trying to finish all the jobs that have been on my «to
do list»
for weeks, meet all the deadlines, finish writing up all the festive recipes
for the
blog, edit thousands of
photos as well as balance the family life, business and a day job....
Plus, a lot of the pictures I share on instagram don't always make it here to the
blog because I snap them on my phone with the intention
for one square
photo — not 5 or 6 lengthy recipe post
photos.
They were so simple I didn't plan them as a recipe
for the
blog so excuse the
photos but they tasted so good that I had to share.
If I
do any editing of my
photos for the
blog, it is usually to remove dust and scratches from my table.
You don't need to be a computer whizz, a journalist or a marketing expert to write a
blog, a passion
for your craft and a the ability to type and take / upload a
photo are the only prerequisites.

blog: Like I said in number 13 I meet the amazing Chandler and not only
did I get to meet her and work with her
for the yearbook but I also had the opportunity to get more pictures
for an OOTD post on her
blog.
Cool people, like 18 - year - old German Andrej Ciesielski, say «whatever, I
do what I want,» and illegally climb the pyramids so they can get some totally sweet

did not know about her is that she is a twenty two year old graduate who also takes her own

photo of Tracy was taken at 6 am in our garage gym where she trained
for over 3 years while losing her weight and developing her swing methods.She never expected it to be used
for anything other than one of her
blog posts.She didn't light it, or
do her hair and makeup it was a real deal shot from a real deal workout.
Now I'm always
doing something
blog related, even on the weekends (take outfit
photos, prepare my Sunday email, edit
photos for Monday's post, weekend Instagram posts, etc).
I love how tho the models really rocked them, I know non-models, like myself, can

Today I'm showing you the last look, there were a couple of looks that I didn't have time to take
photos of with the camera
for the
blog.
For my
blog I have to take a lot of
photos, because with every post you
do have to have some visuals.
This weekend I have a ton of work to
do to get prepped
for a few great upcoming
photo shoots
for the
blog (it's already time to start planning
for the holidays!)
Whenever I
do outfit
photos for the
blog it sparks interest from a certain small person, who tries to muscle in on the action.
When I first started this
blog last summer, I didn't have a camera so I was using my iPhone
for all of the
photos and editing them in various apps.
I'm bummed that I didn't wear it
for these
photos, but I guess that means I'll just have to re-style it
for another
blog post.
I
do a fashion
blog, simplybysimone.com and these books are great
for posting creative
photos on Instagram.
I got a new camera, I need to spend a bit more time sorting it out (I don't seem to have time
for much these days, but good
blog photos will be a high priority).
Don't get me wrong, I thoroughly enjoy getting all fancy
for the
blog, but 9 times out of 10 when I'm not taking
blog photos, you will find me lounging in a tshirt and jeans / yoga pants.

I've literally had moments when I don't want to
blog because I don't want to risk spoiling my love
for a garment because of a
photo.
I don't feature it because I don't wear it so it doesn't feel authentic to me to go out and buy something just to wear
for blog photos.
Even worse, my sweet friends often fell victim (and still
do on occasion) of the «it's
for the
blog»
photo request.
I
did not take any
photos specifically
for the
blog purposes, after all, it was a family vacation, but right now I am so sick of the winter and the snow, that I just had to have a little visit to the beach at least in this way.
The chair is such a good buy: I love its vibrant colour and I don't think it's weird at all that you're thinking it will be perfect

They have
done so much
for me, everything from cooking delicious dinners, pulling the weeds in my stubborn backyard, taking my
blog photos, proofreading my posts, driving me to some fashion events, to helping me understand financial or medical files.
While I would love to take proper
blog photos on the Busch Stadium field one day, I figure this one will
do for now.

I shoot all of my
blog photos for Instagram in square mode so that they don't require extra cropping.
You could offer an extra round of social posts, a certain number of Insta Stories or Snapchats where you mention the brand, or even extra
photos (from your shoot that didn't make it on the
blog)
for the brand to use on their social accounts.
As of right now I have eleven meat and potatoes
blog posts written: Seven of those posts still need to be executed and the
photos taken
for them etc. and four of those posts are totally complete, scheduled and ready to go so that's the next four weeks I literally don't need to stress about!
I didn't quite get the idea
for the title of my
blog post based off the bright orange hue of my blazer, but since my sister stated while taking my
photos, «All you are missing right now is a latte,» it seemed pretty perfect.
You haven't checked through my
blog or followed me
for long enough to know that I have been to Zagreb many times and took many different
photos from all over the city and I didn't want to show the exact same
photos and places that I have already shown on my
blog and social media before.
