Every once in a while, my husband gets it in his head to
do something around the house and / or yard.

doing anything outside, but having the app and a weekend of dry though still quite cold weather really inspired us to get out and
do something useful.
I am not ashamed to admit I will pop one in when I need to get
something done around the
house.
Helping out

house won't be
something they dread, but
something they enjoy
doing —
something you'll appreciate as they get older and are able to
do more.

house — dinner, laundry, sweeping or just generally tidying — your toddler is there, trying to get in on the action.
