All the possibilities you list might actually work for you, and you just have to try it to see what you feel yields the best results... Another thing to consider is to
do a split routine (see the routine customization page).

Body part
split routines are a thing of the bodybuilding past that don't develop functional muscle and ultimately lead to injuries in most folks.
And you don't have to follow a
split routine to
do this.
But by the time someone wants to
do say 6 - 8 sets per body part, it's usually better to move to a
split routine.
Choosing whether to
split your weight lifting
routine amongdifferent body parts, or just
do full body workouts depends on your goals... AND howoften you are planning to lift.
This is the reason why people that are interested in gaining and maximizing muscle size tend to
split up the training they
do for the different muscle groups (also referred to

If you're
splitting your
routine into different muscle groups (chest day, back day, etc.), then go ahead and
do TWO leg days per week.

split routine or not, due to the high demands of the Power Clean,

doing 2 days a week with a

i hcve 2 leg days one is squats sets of 20 down to 12 my goal is 6 to 8 sets till failure then leg press 20 to 40 rep sets 6sets then ham curls 10 to 15 reps 6 sets my next leg day is leg press or the icariann plate loaded leg press i
do 50 to 60 rep sets with different foot positions every 15 reps, then 1 leg presses rest pause sets of ten only 10 seconds rest at this point i quit counting just go go, this leg press session is a half - hour not much rest and no knee pain I'm not going heavy it compliments my heavy squat day my other parts are
done in similar fashion, i don't consider this a heavy light
split, its more of a kind of heavy 1 day then moderate high rep next session for those that need a label i really feel this is awesome I've lowered my testosterone dose to 300 mg every 10 days remember im44 not 24 lol i can claim trt my point is i believe I've conditioned myself much more with michaels theories but to take my body to the next level i need to add more volume and excersise variance, i plan on competing within a year, thanks corey for your support i don know if we should post out training since its not according to michaels

Some of the
routines you can
do are weightlifting, goblet squat,
split squat, lateral squat, push up, hip extension and dumbbell row.
What I love about the pre-exhaust method is I can use it even why I'm following my usual 4 - day workout
split and
doing the same workout
routine that I planned for the day.
While there is some benefit in
doing upper / lower body
split workouts (example), when we're aiming for a short effective workout
routine, we got ta get efficient.
Moreover, this type of workout, if you normally
do splits, will shake up your
routine, which can be good.
If for some reason you don't like full - body
routines or simply like
splits so much that you won't even try full - body
routine it's ok.
In fact, I would argue that the typical single - body part
split routines are focusing 80 % of energy on the exercises that cause only 20 % of the results — which is the exact OPPOSITE of what you should be
doing.
Therefore, for a busy person's workout, it is better to resort to the strategy of
splitting up your exercising
routine in two halves — morning and evening; and you would find it much simpler to follow and would be able to
do it regularly.
I don't work with women who have or want to spend hours in the gym
doing a «
split routine» that requires a daily commitment to the gym and weight lifting.
If you don't like to
split your
routines into lower and upper body then you can
do full body workouts 3 days a week, but you always have to rest the following day.
If you are choosing for a full body
routine, you might include the Power Clean into 2 strength training workouts, if you are choosing for a «bro
split», you might only
do the Power Clean in 1 strength training session.
I
do not recommend
doing body part
split routines like Max OT when cutting.
If you
do a pretty normal 4 day
split routine with a combo of isolation and compounds and with not much cardio besides just walking, then your probably need an additional 300grams over the course of the week to replenish what you used on TOP of the glucose needs I stated above.
When they are just starting out men make the best gains by training with full body workouts, but after a while they usually
do better if they switch to an upper / lower
split routine.
I would love to
split my
routine so that I can
do cardio in the morning and strength in the afternoon or evening, but my schedule is very changeable!
The»70s - inspired hair length can be easily achieved by clipping in a set of extensions, but if you want to grow your hair out, don't skip on
routine trims to keep
split ends under control.
