very thin indeed, especially in a
game where the main character is supposed to be heroic yet at the same time can
do some amazingly unheroic
things.
Jesus Himself had some pretty radical
things to say about lust and sexuality, and never once
did He invite women into the blame
game, something we are told our first fallen father, Adam,
did from the
very beginning.

goodness i can't believe it people will still defend him.You know something when Giroud misses many chances like at Monaco i
did not criticize him even based on that you know why?its because he has always not been clinical. The only way a team can improve is by indentifying its problems and solving them.Arsenal has Giroud as the main cf and Welbeck as backup to him.Giroud has
done well scoring some goals some too important but collectively he
does more harm than good.
Do not use moments to judge a player judge him based on content.Giroud
does not excel in many
games than he excels in
games. As a main cf you need to be consistent.I see people here saying Giroud can not dribble he cant
do this he cant
do that but its a bit crazy to criticize him for that because every player has his own style.Giroud limitations as a player costs arsenal and will cost us a lot. Most importantly his poor finishing which has cost us several times. Not good enough. His style of play is ok for us but a striker who can take on players and run behind defences
very well would make us
very strong and also should be clinical. For Welbeck he needs to works on his finishing and composure by
doing the basic
things right. He rushes infront of goal too much. For now he is just above average. However he can excel if he works on improving.Giroud and Welbeck will always be a pain in arsenal's neck for most part. Some will call me stupid but hey at least i want to analyze the problem.People may support Giroud or Welbeck to lead the line next season but as the saying goes if you fool me once shame on you but if you fool me twice shame on me.Will you let Giroud and Welbeck fool you again?
obviously it was really stupid and frustrating what coquelin
did which changed the
game drastically, I didn't really ever believe they were gonna score Mert and Gabriel were
very good but i don't want coquelin to change a
thing about his
game.
He
does a lot of
things very well, and he wasn't the only offensive player to have a letdown
game.
It's a real pity though, for if we had
done what we were supposed to in the first
game, and then
do what we have to
do in the transfer market this week,
things would be
very positive.
Never doubted that lad at all... some time i made a comment about us only having him as a DM and some british lad lambasted on to me claiming i don't know any
thing abt the
game and went on to argue that Le coq is a B2B but during that
very moment he was brought back and the rest is history (flamini was always a red card in waitng)
Pro: Everybody still gets a seat at the table; plus, if you believe that 12
games proves
very little, then adding spots for teams like No. 13 Michigan and No. 12 Baylor is a good
thing, since how
do you distinguish between those two and, say, No. 9 South Carolina?
Coqualan stats is one the best in PL, if he misses a
game then we can
very well put a combo of Ramsey and Wilshare to
do the job, We should worry about 2
things now 1.
Great
game from our
very own AFC players... Jack is starting to switch gears and let's hope he stays fit and keeps improving as the season goes along... he might
do like Rambo
did like season letting his talent speaks MOTM performance... Ozil was poor today and like most of you guys it's been sometimes now even thought I'm not throwing the towel on him... but Wilshere and Cazorla are right behind him and one
thing we
do have is number 10's covers!!
Thus I have proved, as I set out to
do, that the sport and
game of angling is the
very thing to induce in a man a merry spirit; which according to the said parable of Solomon and the said medical doctrine will give him a flourishing life and a long one.
«We didn't think it would last
very long,» said sophomore guard Christy Hedgepeth, who had 21 points and seven rebounds for Stanford, «but we saw that we
did do some good
things in those
games.
Most of us were on Wenger's case until
very recently seeing that we didn't understand what his overall
game plan [on and off the pitch] was and we had good reason to doubt him but at least the criticisms were meant to be of a constructive nature but I fail to understand folks who come on here to spew bile even when
things are finally looking up for once in a
very long while.
We've seen Ozil, Carzola, Ramsey and Sanchez all
do some brilliant
things at times but we've also seen them overplay and
do very little when having the ball for large periods of the
game.
Let's face it goalkeepers tend to march to the beat of a different drum and Szczesny certainly fell into that category, but most of his antics were relatively harmless and simply reflected a certain level of immaturity that isn't uncommon for someone thrust into the limelight at such a young age... lord knows we've seen that happen with numerous players throughout the years and
very few were ever banished for such behaviour... the only on - field action that drove me crazy was his inability to take a deep breath and not try to rush the play with an ill - timed throw at certain points in the
game when common sense suggested holding the ball and slowing
things down... the fact that he continued to
do this probably had a lot to
do with the glaring lack of coaching time spent with the goalkeepers... ultimately he made the fateful decision to take his frustrations out into the public sphere and paid dearly for it... in the end, his services were wanted by several of the best Italian squads, which is significant considering the historical importance placed on the defensive side of the ball in Serie A... all I know is that if someone asked me to pick the most athletically gifted goalkeeper we have had in our squad since the arrival of Wenger, without hesitation, he would be my pick and for that reason his departure is more than a little disappointing... what else is new though
Sometimes i
do nt understand some people saying
thing like Benzema is not what we need and that he is not that good. Some people lack reasoning to be
very honest.They
do nt think before talking.I wonder why people say that because when you watched him from his first season up to this season he really is that good. Some arsenal legends are saying we need him almost everyone is saying so too.We need him and stop judging his character because you have no right to judge anyone.Giroud is an average striker and i am not judging him from yesterday's
game i am judging him from season 1 to this season. He is nothing special and has never been.
«Now, those
games happen, we still
did some good
things well, we ran the ball well, didn't turn the ball over, and called the
game very conservative because our defense was playing so good.
The point is that not many can come away from that
game with head held high so stop pointing the finger at the players who are only getting back into the swing of
things when their were plenty of players who
done very little.
Honestly, how can one forget the
game against Chelsea??? Oh,
did you see when Dean was about sending off Gabriel??? He looked just
very personal about the whole
thing.
the reason the Norwich protest failed so miserable is because.the whole
thing was taking a
very ugly and disgraceful turn, with fans outside the stadium before the
game singing they wish Wenger dead by May, who
does that?
Well my boy think again who disrupted the team and the flo alex ox and ozil with their contract result ox gone his loss I set up late to watch chile play my punishment to him make loose both

thing cl next year Lacazzette said he will give free spiritual service I will join him to give that service ok guys have faith the dr kass
Although I've found it
very cathartic to speak, vent and end occasionally rant about all
things Arsenal, we need to act carefully and intelligently right now or we're going to get played by this club even worse than at present... the pro-Wengerites and the suits, who represent a considerable proportion of the season ticket holders, don't want to believe that there is no plan and that Wenger has mailed it in for several years now or that
things are going to get much worse before they get better... why would they... many have spent a considerable sum buying some of the highest priced tickets in the World... they want to have a front row seat to see something special and to be seen
doing so, which simply provides ample justification for the expense and the time invested... to many of them, Wenger is the sun in their soccer universe... his awkward disposition, misplaced arrogance and his utter lack of balls makes him a rather unusual cult figure, but the cerebral narrative seemed to embolden those who already felt pretty highly of themselves... many might not even of really liked football that much before his arrival and rarely
games they weren't attending... as such, they desperately believe that Wenger, and only Wenger, can supply them with their required fix... if he goes, they were wrong and that's a tough pill to swallow... they would have to admit that they were duped... they will definitely resent whoever made them feel this way, but of course it will be too late by then... so when we go overboard with ridiculous comments bordering of anarchy, it scares the shit out of them and they shift their blame towards us rather than at those who really perpetrated this act of treason... we aren't the enemy... we simply woke much earlier and the reason our comments have gotten more vile in recent years is out of utter frustration... in order for any real change to occur at this club we need to bring as many supporters as possible with us or the big money interests will fade and our ultimate objective will be lost... so it's time to focus on the head instead of the heart for now
«He's brilliant the way he explains
things and I think he is
very respectful when he says what teams need to
do better and what players need to
do better in a
game.
If
things go well — don't get complacent, respect
VERY teams threat and focus 100 % for every second, of every
game
you say this like the 3 points is guaranteed... Man utd still have
very good players in their squad who can individually win a
game, we still have to go out and take the 3 points, they certainly arent just going to lie down and let us take them, even with their injury problems... I expect a
very tough
game, I hope the lads are expecting a tough
game also, the worst we can
do is be complacent because the last
thing we want is to be a goal or two down...
Holding
did ok but Chambers was
very cocky how many miss passes in dangerous areas
did he miss place why didn't he booted the ball way down the field and take the pressure off at the first half the commentator spook of the inexperience of the defense and that liverpool
did nt put enough pressure klopp rectified that straight away bang bang bang with runners and no protection while wenger face went all red with nothing to say the only
thing that saved us really was the injuries for the
game to take a change MR wenger is far to slow to fix
things what is wrong with him he most not be in good health or something personnel worrying him cause after all he is the manager his got to have a fast thinking brain smell danger and act fast not seat and debate the issue with bold
Wenger lost the plot when he brought in Giroud... what about the beautiful
game involves having a lumbering striker who's main attribute is holding up play... our success with Wenger, and even before, came with pace and clinical striking up front, having a boss in the midfield and having physically imposing CBs... what about Wright, Bergkamp, Anelka, Henry or RVP remind anyone of Giroud (minus the left foot of course)... the formula was broken, which didn't have to be the end of our success, but when you adopt half - measures you can't expect
things just to work themselves out on their own... at the
very least Wenger should have brought in some wingers that can consistently cross the ball and then spend significantly more time addressing our lack of success with set pieces... ultimately this is why we continued to struggle with consistency and continued to constantly play people in the wrong positions
Bayern will be
very well prepared as they already know exactly what formation, tactics, time of substitutions, and team selection, that will be used by Wenger, as he
does the same
thing EVERY
GAME!
He is not a quality striker because he makes a lot of mistakes in his
game. The fact that he scores 20 goals
does not mean he is a quality back up striker. It is one
thing to be a goal scorer and another
thing to be a good or average player.Goal scoring is a
very important aspect of a player but not the only aspect.Trust me you can score 20 goals in all competitions and still be average. If Chamakh, Gervinho and all the so called flops scored this same goals they would still have been considered not good enough for Arsenal. His
game is just not good enough and I for one believe even if no one believes that we can get a backup striker who is better than him and also a top centre forward. Its all about mentality and willingness.Forget his goals and look at his
game or else you'll force me to bring up strikers in the world who have scored his same goals and are even considered terrible.
If everybody
does this every
game, instead of moaning at any misplaced pass, or waiting for Sanchez to make
things happen, then the would be
very organised.
Suppose we have a
very direct
game with no set - pieces for either side, then what to
do with Giroud... He is no John Terry, he have the physicality but not the technique and the brain... I want him to be on the bench and I am gonna support anyone in his place (bar slow Mert), I feel bored with Giroud leading the line and I bet Ozil, Sanchez feel the same
thing... I barely get relief when Wenger started to play someone else upfront...
These guys are also
very creative and at the same deadly in other areas of the
game... they can easily beat a man and can
do anyother important
things with the ball... Ozil can hardly beat a man nor move with the ball at a fast pace, he drops possession easily unlike this guys have mentioned....
Not only
did very few truly chastise Jose, except for the usual «old school» industry types who see no place in the
game for such disrespectful remarks, many would suggest that it was refreshing to see someone say the
things we're all thinking.
I don't think I'm going to renew my 3 season tickets this year, I can't bring my self to pay nearly # 4500 to line the pockets of Kroenke et all, plus the way
games, travel costs, hotels for some
games, it's just not worth it anymore,
very sad after being a season ticket holder for 30 + years, but I'm so disillusioned and angry with the whole
thing that's the way I feel.
yeah but i also have to say that he
does nt sparkle either: / he
did score some goals but whenever i see him in the
game i cant really say that he is the one i want to have permanently on the right because he slows the attacks down
very often and often passes turn on the wing and passes back, right now he is only better than the ox because he scored 3 goals more i think maybe a bit more, but neither of them
do enough, ramsey on the other side when he started on the wing at the start of the season
did a lot of
things for the build - up i prefer ramsey to campbell... well of course an in form walcott of the season 12/13 would be the dream because in that season he was in my opinion equal if not better than sanchez of the season 14/15 but thats a dream xD
like I've said before, Wenger is simply stating that Sanchez is staying so that he can regain some leverage when it comes time to make a deal and to shift the focus back squarely on Sanchez... this is 101 tactics in PR management... the
very fact that he even mentioned RVP's name speaks to the utterance arrogance of a man that believes he answers to no one... before you harshly judge Sanchez think carefully about what the ultimate intentions of both parties involved... Sanchez wants to win trophies and get paid generously for his efforts, whereas the club wants to pull the wool over our eyes once again so that we blame the player for wanting the
very things we told him we wanted when we brought him in... how many times
do we have to go down this road before we realize the only common factor in each of these scenarios is the club itself... trust me, if we showed any ambition Sanchez's contract demands would be much different... just like in other major sports players will take a «home town» discount if they see those in charge making a truly honest attempt to fight for the highest honours in their respective fields... that being said, if they see a team trying to make disparaging remarks about them in the press and not following through on their promises, they will likely try to make them pay a premium for their services or seek greener pastures... btw if anyone simply looks at the score versus Bayern today and thinks that even for a second that this was a deserved victory, just watch the
game and judge for yourself... actually save yourself the anguish and just know that if it weren't for Cech and Martinez this could have been a repeat of our Champions League flopping or worse
It
does not later what 11 we put out we will get beat they will expose all our weaknesses and win the
game comfortably then we will all be back on here saying the same
things as we
do when getting beat by all the big clubs becoming
very boring!!
I know (in fact all Arsenal fans
do) that it is a
very dangerous
thing to count your chickens before they are hatched, but this time around the Newcastle manager himself has admitted that he expects an extremely difficult
game when the Gunners come to St. James Park this weekend, due to the lack of players at his disposal.
Well for one
thing, it
does give Wenger the option to rest one of the other from time to time, which is
very handy with all the
games we play in a season.
Holding
did ok but Chambers was
very cocky how many miss passes in dangerous areas
did he miss place why didn't he booted the ball way down the field and take the pressure off at the first half the commentator spook of the inexperience of the defense and that liverpool

I was
very hopeful before the
game but Pep
did the
thing I thought we were going to
do, challenge their midfielders for the ball!
Substitutes Mathieu Flamini (45 mins) 6 Kieran Gibbs (17 mins) n / a Mikel Arteta (16 mins) n / a I really
do nt have much to write about today's
games but one
thing I know is that i'm
very disappointed with the way and our attitude towards getting the goals.
But this Juventus, the way Max Allegri has set
things up the last two
games with a
very attack - minded kind of formation, looks so much more of a capable and productive of
doing things once
things truly start to click.
«The Chelsea
game was
very,
very,
very important because it showed we are in a really good moment but we still need to
do the right
things in the right moment.
The Serie A standings could look
very different if
things don't go according to plan, but realistically, taking four points from a possible six over the next two
games will surely be considered a decent return.
It was the little
things Delgado
does and a much - improved defensive
game that nudged him ahead of Jonathan Osorio in Vanney's pecking order, because they are
very similar players in possession.
People struggling against all the odds to the
very top of their
game and, upon reaching the summit, realising that they remain impotent to
do the
things they went there to
do.
«It was
very early in the
game — 1967 — and he was
doing a lot of other
things then, like running from the KGB.»
And then we
did about three hours of improvising
games, which are
very rigorous and not just getting up and making
things up.
