The original Splatoon had its rudimentary Battle
Dojo mode, which was rendered to nothing more than a shallow time killer, but its existence was still welcome.

Dojo mode is only for two players, which is fairly disappointing, and has one playing using the GamePad and the other using a Wii U Pro Controller, Classic Controller, or Classic Controller Pro, and making use of the TV screen.

Dojo, which can then be used in the game's Chronicle

Killer Instinct will probably get some love and I'm pretty sure Iron Galaxy will announce a Season 3 for KI with a whole new roster of fighters and updates for the main game (story
mode for all the current season 1 and 2 fighters and hopefully an update to the
dojo).
