And with unlimited spending, it's possible for whales who spend hundreds and thousands

dollars could satisfy most people with paid
games for a long time.
If a developer releases a character as DLC, I'm not going to feel great about spending $ 5 or even $ 10
dollars on a
single character that won't realistically have an impact
on the
game's plotline, or may even simply be less effective than characters I have learned to use in skillful ways.
