I love it served with a little coconut yoghurt or
a dollop of ice cream (I recently found an amazing cashew based raspberry ripple, which is a dream!)
Plus, cobbler always meant that I got to have
a dollop of ice cream on top, preferably vanilla bean if I had my way.
Sprinkle with granola or top with
a dollop of ice cream or yogurt.
Add
a dollop of ice cream to the side, and it seriously looks like the perfect dessert.
Enjoy on its own, drizzled with more caramel sauce or with
a dollop of ice cream.
So when only cake will do, do the sensible thing, make a mug cake for yourself and enjoy it, perhaps with
a dollop of ice cream on top.
Let cool before serving warm, with
a dollop of ice cream.
Instead of adding
a dollop of ice cream, I made a super simple pumpkin sauce that's filled with pumpkin pie spices.
Especially with
a dollop of ice cream ontop would give it the perfect touch.
A recent example was Bart's Ultimate Revenge, with two Butterfinger fudge cake «dones» sandwiched with Butterfinger buttercream and
a dollop of ice cream.
