Saccoccio's work first caught my eye in a 2013 group exhibition called Let's Get Physical, curated by the painter Rick Briggs at Ventana 244 in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where she showed a grid of four paintings in gouache and ink on yupo paper,

by Jackson Pollock's
drips, this method became a sort of addiction for de Saint Phalle; for her, aiming a gun at a painting became an instantaneous release of her inner violence and anger — at her father, her conservative family values, and male -
