Don't listen to the timing, my pork wasn't even close to
done after taking it out of the oven and letting it rest.

After I had everything mixed together I was a little nervous because the «dough» seemed really dry and I wasn't to sure how if they would stay together in the cooking process, they obviously
did, but you defiantly need to give them time to cool down and set once you
take them
out of the
oven.
The only thing I might
do differently next time is let the Cinnamon Rolls sit for about 10 minutes
after taking them
out of the
oven before spreading the icing on them.
I
did notice that although they were still soft when I
took them
out of the
oven,
after they cooled down they got solid.
After all, you can't make the perfect beef wellington if you can't cut your mushrooms uniformly or if you don't know when to
take the beef
out of the
oven.
