work, our supervisor has to manually remove the unapproved minutes from our timecards so that we won't be paid for them (paying a supervisor to spend 10 minutes removing 5 minutes from a subordinate's pay doesn't

of logic we're dealing with
at this

Rick the more i think about it we are to live as overcomers not strugglers since the day i decided to turn away from the sin that was controlling my life i never fell back into old sinful patterns not once, was i tempted many many times. The Lord will
work in our lives one area
at a time he needs us to give him full control so if an area is taking control we
do need to hand it to him so he can change us.How
do we
do it immediately we say Lord you know i am weak but in you i am strong i leaned on him and overcame time and time again. We all have areas
of weakness that we struggle in so
do nt feel bad.Struggling is us trying to
do it in our own strength before this process i was so stubborn i refused to let God help me i wanted to
do it in my own strength and so it was a roller coaster ride in my christian walk if the day went well i was on a high if it
did nt i would would be down. Not any more now when things
do nt go to plan i still thank the Lord and when it goes well i thank the Lord.Because i know that all things
work for good to those who love the Lord. The main area he is wanting is our hearts he wants all our heart not only some until we come to that
place we will continue to struggle in our faith. The only reason to tell you this is not to boast because
of what i have
done in myself because i have nothing to boast about but if i
did i would brag that Christ has empowered me by his holy spirit to be an overcomer just as he would want you to be.As Christians we are all called to be overcomers more than conquerers.Make a decision today to turn all your hearts to the Lord to acknowledge the areas you are holding onto that are controlling your flesh life hand them to the Lord and walk according to the spirit and not the flesh and he will give you the victory. That can be a reality starting today merry christmas everyone and may the new year be an exciting one as we put all our trust in Christ our Lord and savior.Brentnz

Tim i found it liberating to just
do what the Lord wants you to
do i
work within his boundarys and yes i attend church and enjoy it.I love the people and i love hearing the word and worshipping the Lord even if others are still bound up with traditions thats not my walk thats theres. My focus is to
do what the Lord wants me to
do.There have been times i have said no to the pastor he
does nt understand why i choose not to lead the worship.i query him as well regarding the idea that its not just performing a function because there is a need our hearts have to be in the right
place so that the Lord can use us but he
did nt understand where i was coming from and thats okay because
of that i just said no until my heart is right i am better not being involved in leading. But i am happy to be an encouragement to others in the worship team i havent wanted to be the leader i have
done that in the past.So my focus has been just the singing and being part
of different worship teams i think the Lord has other plans as the groups i am in seem to be changing
at the same time i am aware that i
do nt to worry about change as the Lord knows whats best.I used to be quite comfortable leading the music but that was before when i was operating in my own self confidence and pride. The Lord
did such a huge change in my life that i lost my self confidence and that is not a bad thing
at all as my spiritual growth has been incredible. The big change was my identity moved from me and what i could
do to knowing who i was in Christ and that he is my strength and confidence. Now i know that without him i can
do nothing in fact i am dependent on his empowerment through his holy spirit all the time in everything. In the weekend i was asked to lead the music
at another church i attend multiple churchs although i attend two regularly one has services in the morning and one has services in the evening so the two
do nt really clash. In the weekend i was asked to lead the music its been two years since i
did that and i was worried on how i would go.All i can say is that it went really well and because i stepped out in Faith the Lord really blessed the morning to the congregation. The difference is knowing that i serve the Lord with the gifts he has given me but my heart has to be right and when i
do it in his way it builds up the body and it brings glory to him.May the Lord continue to show you what he wants you to
do even though others may not understand your reasons i just want you to know that you
do nt have to pull away completely just
work within the boundarys that the Lord gives you and
do nt feel pressured by others expectations to
do anything that feel uncomfortable.Be involved just as you feel lead by the holy spirit even if it is in a very minor way take small steps.regards brentnz
Because the only way to really heal our pain — particularly our soul pain, I believe — is to
do the
work at the
place of the pain, to chase it all the way down, over and over, week after week, moment by moment, to keep resetting ourselves to the truth in hopes that someday the truth will hold, to believe that all
of the healing by degrees that we are
doing will someday turn into wholeness.
Consider this... a person goes to college, gets a four year degree in archaeology (or some antiquities preservation analog); spends summers sifting through sand and rock and gravel, all the while taking graduate level classes... person eventually obtains the vaunted PhD in archaeology... then
works his / her tail off seeking funding for an archeological excavation, with the payoff being more funding, and more opportunities to dig in the dirt...
do you think professional archaeologists are looking hard for evidence
of the Exodus on a speculative basis... not a chance... they know their PhD buys them nothing more than a job
at Tel Aviv Walmart if they don't discover and publish... so they write grants for digs near established sites / communities, and stay employed sifting rock in culturally safe areas... not unless some shepard stumbles upon a rare find in an unexpected
place do you get archeological interest and action in remote
places... not
at all surprising that the pottery and other evidence
of the Exodus and other biblical events lie waiting to be discovered... doesn't mean not there... just not found yet...

And when you look back
at the last decade, none
of those youngsters have progressed in the way that they were hyped up to and yes I'm talking about the likes
of Ramsey, Walcott, Jack Wheelchair and the Ox who all had a one season wonder
of some sort, during one point in their Arsenal careers, thus far and We can't keep using this excuse for not buying ready made quality, which would instantly improve our chances
of winning a major trophy or two, but No, Wenger wants to stick with a theory which clearly isn't
working for us on the pitch, but he doesn't really care, as long as it
works out well for saving the penny's and the pounds, in the
place where it matters most for Arsenal fc, in the bank.
The only thing which makes our team unbalanced is playing the luxury item we bought called ozil.I thought he would need time to adjust to physicality
of premier league so i supported him, but the guy hasn't improved he tries to dribble past ppl but runs into them somehow, tries to
do showboating
at unnecessary time which he fails to
do miserably. And i see him giving too many back passes when he should drive forward. And the biggest reason i stopped liking him as a player is bcoz
of his sulky attitude. No passion or drive for the club, as if he wanted to be
at some other club and is just
doing the job without his heart in it.He neeeds to be
placed on the bench and make him
work hard to retain his place.Ramsey and coq in middle with ox and sanchez on both wing and cazorla as cam will make us a more balanced midfield.

if you watch arsenal
place I see so much space and no runs no runs
at all only when in the box if you watch Leicester they are always makeing runs all over the
place that's how you score goals against a team like Southampton they controlled the game it was not unlucky just like chelsea can
do control the game and won arsenal players don't believe they can win the title the players in that team play without heart you know why because Im sure wenger tells them becareful we don't need anymore Injurys what kind
of mentality is that also I will pick out Ramsey he is playing like a player who is leaveing the club he and flamini just don't
work Ramsey is not playing good
at all wenger can blame make excuses but truth is he is the manager he make the tactics and he gets it wrong all the time giroud has no pace none bench him against some teams and play pure pace make runs ox Walcott but they don't Walcott has lost it his pace has gone its clear or he fears I jury how if a player is fit put your all in forget injury if you get Injured then so be it but if your fit and your Walcott run put yourself about wenger should leave because he.
Some deluded fans seem to think that coquelin is the solution to our midfield problems and that we don't need a new cdm. This has been a common occurrence during transfer windows whereby average players step up their game since they know their
place is under threat, and it
works wonders in convincing our disillusioned manager. But once the window closes that's when we see the true colours
of the players, or they get injured the day after the window closes.Remember yaya sanogo putting 4 past benfica and everyone thinking he's going to score 10 + goals this season?Monreal looked impressive
at CB during preseason and somehow convinced wenger that he doesn't need a new CB, the list is endless.
Off topic anyone notice how ozil was used on the left wing last season and the first part
of this season and he was under performing fans and pundits were all saying how wenger should build the team around ozil since that was his best position and he cost us 42m well since his return he has only played either cam or right wing (he said in a interview that those were his fav positions since he played them
at real) taking the
place of an in form cazorla and it all seems to
work I think wenger has
done this all on purpose because if u look
at ozils overall performance after his injury its much better than before, he tackles, wins the ball back and covers more distance than anyone else wenger
does this often using players out
of position for a while only to make their overall game better and mostly it
works genius
After all there can be no doubting that Tottenham now have a fantastic squad and a great manager who should help them make a dent on the top six whereas
work at pushing Newcastle United up the ladder is still ongoing however i
do think this is just crazy paper talk, i am not sure he is the type
of striker Ramos is looking for and it appears to be a deal Tottenham aren't even considering so the Sunday Express (Where this story appears to have originated from) probably made up the story in the first
place!
I don't suppose it would stop Arsene Wenger and his backroom staff
at Arsenal from
working towards getting the rest
of the summer transfer action sorted out or
at least in
place, but I am starting to get a little concerned about the fact that there is little sign so far
of the Gunners clearing out the dead wood from the current squad.
The final 10 minutes wasn't as interesting as it would usually be with the scores tied due to the nature
of playing over two legs, but
at one point the referee
did appear to be calling for the VAR to look
at whether Chelsea deserved a penalty, but the strange part is that the incident had taken
place a few moments before, and it would be interesting to know how that would
work had a goal been scored in that time.
Working from the basis that (a) Stones will keep his
place in Manchester City's first team for the foreseeable future, (b) that he will continue to improve as he

of Guardiola, the question
at the back is going to be Stones plus who?

MJC posted a very good piece a little while ago about how the new 25 - player squad rules will
work — to recap, he explained that essentially (a) any player who is born on or after 1 January 1989 doesn't count towards the 25 - player limit
at all for the coming season and (b)
of the 25 «older» players, eight
places are reserved for players who spent
at least three seasons in England and Wales between the ages
of 16 and 21 — these are «homegrown players».
I have met many a person who has no idea how to think for themselves or make choices independently without looking for the acceptance
of others or wanting to please others (this is going into a whole other topic here)... because
of the
work I have been
doing over the years, it was important to me that my daughter be an independent thinker (as much as it drives me crazy
at times right now) and so I put into

of things I felt (from various information pools) would serve that purpose.
I am 24 now and I am trying to turn my life around, I have been in the same job since I was 21 (however after chatting to a few
of the people there they are known for underpaying), I have lost a lot
of weight and am really trying to get in shape, I bought a car and have got my Learners and am
working towards getting my license, and when I get my P's I want to move out
of home, I don't think I'd be able to afford my own
place at the moment, maybe a flat, so I'd probably be looking
at a share
