Every time I've had nutritional info evaluated for recipes, it's been
done by a dietitian (usually that the publisher hired for the cookbook).
The MRT / LEAP test is one that has actually been
done by dietitians for quite some time.

Well, it is not
done by any registered
dietitian or anyone who has obtained a degree in nutrition or fitness for that matter.
While there are definitely situations that call for rapid weight loss, those situations should be closely monitored
by a doctor and a
dietitian to ensure that it is
done safely.
