I am a BIG fan of
yoga —

daily — and totally can feel the benefits of even just
doing one pose.
Do a little
yoga or gentle movement on a
daily basis.
Before I got pregnant I
did yoga daily, ate healthily, and rode my bike everywhere.
For instance, one small study found that people who ate healthier diets,
did yoga or meditation, and exercised
daily increased the activity of telomerase, which could lead to longer telomeres.
They ate a meat - free diet,
did exercise and
yoga daily, and went to weekly group therapy.
No longer a dancer or a gym - rat, I
do yoga and Pilates
daily instead.
Doing this
yoga practice on a
daily basis will help to improve circulation and flexibility, enhance detoxification and boost overall immune health.
I think anything
yoga teachers can
do to make
yoga matter in people's
daily life is a step in the right direction.
