doing my traditional round up of sales (check out this post for a mini-round up), I wanted to show you a few Black Friday
outfit from the past that you can easily recreate: Whether it's with similar pieces or even
exact pieces I'm wearing....

I wore this
exact outfit some time ago, for my sister - in - law's birthday, but I didn't have enough time to take photos of it, so it was time for a repeat.
I'm quickly learning that you don't have to have the
EXACT same items to make an

I almost
did the
exact same thing, but I need to clean my white blazer and have had the other

do random roundups) and my weekend

But, there's also a lot of room for error this way — a lot of you express frustration that you never received the email with the
outfit details, you don't want to download another app, you can't tell when something is the
exact item I'm featuring (or a similar, less expensive version), the items that have been linked by me are now sold out, you prefer to just «swipe up» from my Insta Stories, etc..
You see an
outfit that you absolutely adore on a blogger and even if you buy the
exact same pieces it just didn't look right for you.
Don't see an
outfit of your liking and try to recreate the look with the
exact same pieces.
If I'd gone out and bought the same dress and bag and scarf and created an
exact duplicate of her
outfit, that's imitation... and these days I don't know that most people are all that flattered by that (imitation may not be the sincerest form of flattery) imitation.
Obviously they don't wear
exact outfits like the moms would wear with their granddaughters; they just wear coordinating
outfits.
It was a gorgeous day and my cropped skinnies, buffalo check and strappy heels were the perfect
outfit although my heels
did get a lot of looks and a few comments (see

I left it out for this round so that I wasn't wearing the

Okay, so I didn't actually wear this
exact outfit every day, that'd be gross, but I
did wear it one of the days and these yoga pants are incredibly comfortable.
FYI, the
outfit doesn't have to be the
exact one I have on, just something very similar.
The interface, which allows you to just tap on a color wheel to select the hue you'd like, isn't perfect by any means, as I found myself wishing I could type in an html or hex color code to get the
exact color I wanted, but unless you're trying to get the garden light color to exactly match your party
outfit, I don't think it's an issue.
Capcom
did mention that the
outfit will be available for standalone purchase at $ 3.99 eventually, but no
exact date was mentioned.
