done fruit dips before, but I think this one really impressed the kids!

But you don't have to limit yourself to crackers — I love
dipping fruit slices in Brie even more than crackers!
It is okay if you have extra because there are so many things you can
do with Cashew cream; use it as a
dip for your
fruit, icing for cupcakes, muffins, be creative!
Of course, you don't need
fruits or crackers to enjoy this delicious little
dip — a spoon will
do just as nicely.
When I found out that this month's Chocolate Party was double chocolate, I immediately thought of
doing it again, with some kind of chocolate
dipped fruit on top.

I'm usually put off a lot of DIY protein bars because 1) I don't have any nuts or dried
fruits to hand or 2) I don't want to waste my precious nut butters on anything that prevents me from
dipping stuff into it.
Once the groceries arrive I unpack them and usually
do things like wash and chop the
fruit and any vegetables that I use for
dipping (i.e. carrots and celery).

does the sectioned lid fit well enough that something runny — juice from the
fruit, applesauce, yogurt, or a veggie
dip — would not ooze into the larger container and make a sandwich soggy?

I have been
doing kefir for a few years and I have never refriderated it — it never goes bad or spoils — the white slimy is unusual — maybe cause its» un» --- pasteurized - milk --- - I make my kefir from a --- non - fat gallon of regular store bought milk - and don't have any issues its great — I make cheese and juice — the cheese is for
dips — and salads and tuna mix and all that — great in soups and stews — the juice I make protein smoothies out of it — every day a 16 ounce smoothie — just protein powder and kefir juice and sometimes a blender with banana or some other
fruit — its awesome and I have no digestive issues ever — hope this info helps — keep using it maybe try non fat regular milk — see what happens --
