i have adjusted it a little: — 2 stalks of celery — 1 carrot — 1 zucchini — 1/2
broccoli — power boiled black eyed beans with a powdered shitake «stock» i got from thailand — 1 sprig of the following: fresh oregano, thyme and rosemary (took the rosemary out after the onion had browned but left the rest in)-- 2 fresh bay leaves dried over time (they just
do not compare to the packaged ones) and i will chop up kale and add just at the end, and also make some kale chips to sprinkle

did a quick pass with my immersion blender
on low to blend up the

broccoli (should have no yellow flowers and as little as possible purple tinge), cauliflower (don't look bruised or brown), asparagus, spinach, and so
on are best fresh.
I find that
broccoli is just too «hard» for me when raw; I don't like the texture or flavour as much and also I find it difficult
on my digestion.
Instead of cutting the
broccoli into florets, I turn the
broccoli stalk
on its side and cut the
broccoli buds very finely — and I
do mean finely!

does really well with a grain or

When I made
broccoli soup in the blender I
did have to swipe a sponge across some stuck
on food near the top of the jar, but the one - piece jar was so much easier to clean than my old $ 30 blender with rubber gaskets and separate blades.
