We
do know that those who eat a
whole food,
plant based diet have a greater diversity in the microbiome.
I
do think its just fine to incorporate them on occasion into a healthy mostly
whole foods plant based diet.

I wouldn't say this was a «great» article... Seems clear to me too that Jobs probably died because of his

Well my sister and brother in law started vegan last year, I have notice they lost weight and have no cholesterol but my sister is looking older than me and wrinkly she doesn't drink much water she believes she gets all she needs from veggies and fruit which I disagree, also when you go on a
whole food plant based diet are you getting your protein in every meal by adding chick peas, lentil, black beans or kidney beans, hair

did the «From Oil to Nuts» DVD, going into great detail about the problems with nuts (calories and too many omega 6's) says right there in that video that 1 - 2 ounces of nuts in the context of a healthy
whole plant food based diet is fine.
Believe me, you don't «eat lots of saturated fats» if you consume a
whole food plant -
based diet, even if you eat avocados and nuts.
There was one study awhile back
done by Dr. Dean Ornish, showing that the progression of prostate cancer may be able to be reversed with a
whole food,
plant -
based diet.
The vegsource article points out the vegans were near overweight, consumed a relatively high fat
diet, and
