When you are preparing your
donut pan for it to be (hopefully) non stick I have had better luck with using a
baking spray like Bakers Joy than I have using just a non stick cooking spray like Pam.

I personally like to wash it out before starting a new batch, especially since I was
baking with the streusel topping, as excess topping and
donut crumbs tend to burn if you leave them on the
pan over multiple batches.
