Partially fill the bottom of
a double boiler with water and bring to a boil over high heat; reduce to a simmer.
Fill the lower part of
the double boiler with 1 - 2 inches of water and place over high heat.

We melt this (via low microwave or
double boiler) and add it in place of the vegetable oil, although I suppose one could simply break the bar into chunks and boil

Vegan alternative: in a
double -
boiler or the microwave, melt 4 ounces of chopped certified - vegan dark chocolate
with 1 teaspoon coconut oil.
Melt chocolate in a
double boiler (for me this was a glass bowl on top of a sauce pan
with simmering water) and submerge each truffle in the chocolate, using a spoon to scoop out each truffle and tapping the spoon side of the dish to get off any excess chocolate.
Melt chocolate in a

Alternately, you can microwave in 30 second increments but I have better luck
