Take
the dough out of the food processor and place dough between two pieces of parchment paper.
Pour
dough out of food processor directly into the bowl.
I personally had better luck with the food processor, and it is much easier to get
the dough out of the food processor container than the the tapered Vitamix container and from around the blades.
Scrape
the dough out of the food processor into the bowl with the remaining egg whites.
Not exact matches
I was supposed to make snack balls but when I pulled it
out of the
food processor it really looked like cookie
dough so I went with it.
(Note: If your
dough mixture came
out of the
food processor more clumpy than crumb - like, don't worry.
Transfer it to the bowl
of a
food processor fitted with the steel blade and pulse a few times to smooth
out the
dough.
Turn the contents
of the
food processor out onto a lightly floured work surface — again, it will look too dry and crumbly to possibly be pie
dough, but have faith.
I did do things just a little different, I don't have a stand mixer so used my
food processor with a
dough blade, worked great, and I was
out of veg oil so I used olive oil.
Spread the
dough out around the bottom
of the
food processor bowl using a rubber spatula, then sprinkle it with the remaining flour.
All they take to make is handful
of ingredients that are quickly whirred into a ball
of dough in the
food processor and rolled
out between two sheets
of parchment.
