The 6 - speed
manual transmission is also offered with a rev matching function, which means the engine automatically blips the throttle
on downshifting, resulting in improved smoothness.
If you get your
downshifting done
on the brakes and before corner turn - in — properly, in other words — you get a reasonably large jolt that anyone halfway competent at heel / toe
downshifting would not produce with a true
manual transmission.
