I keep changing up what I'm adding to the basic mix and currently that is 1 t. cinnamon, 1/2 can
drained crushed
pineapple and a mixture of chopped prunes, raisins and orange cranberries rolled in a
bit of the flour.
I used maple syrup instead of agave, coconut oil instead of grape seed oil, pecans instead of walnuts, some
drained crushed
pineapple instead of raisins and I added a
bit of vanilla extract.
