Cointreau has reported a 7.2 % organic growth (2.2 % on a published basis) in operating profit to Eur140m for the year ended March 31st 2010 on turnover of Eur807.8 m, up by 12 % organically (13.1 % published).

Cointreau, the force behind the Gourmand Cookbook Awards, extended his reach further into the professional culinary world and launched the Paris Cookbook Fair, a trade fair exclusively dedicated to books about food and
drink.
I started my meal off with their signature
drink, La Hacienda, made with reposada tequila,
cointreau, grand marnier and sour, and an order of chips and guacamole prepared fresh at our table.
I started off with a Lucky Charms shot which included OJ, Vodka, and
Cointreau, and then moved on to a Shamrock - a-Rita made with Melon liqueur, and finally the Patties Crush, a gin - based
drink you could get on the rocks or frozen.
